In high season or half season, a minimum of twelve rooms must also be reserved for the night of the reception. The rates below include the reservation of the twelve bedrooms.

For the Chateau de Pechrigal:
. use of the yard and of the lower garden

. use of the large vaulted concert room of approximately 900 square feet.

. use of the small vaulted room of approximately 500 square feet.

. use of the 12 double rooms, each one with bathroom en-suite, during the high and half season only.

For the pool house and pool area::
. use of the pool area 8000 sq ft approx.)

. use of the pool house kitchen (300 sq ft approx.) and of the barbecue

. use of the bedroom next to the kitchen (320 sq ft approx,).

For seminars and professional functions:
. making available a meeting room in the large vaulted concert room of approximately 900 sq ft. and of one meeting/coffee room in the small vaulted room of approximately 500 square feet

In this case, you will get the whole castle with the ground floor reception rooms, all sixteen bedrooms, the chapel, the vaulted concert rooms, the use of the pool house and the sport facilities. The rate includes power and the fuel for the boiler and a cleaning staff of two.

Nota: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a down payment corresponding to 50 per cent of the order and, for the Bed & breakfast, to the first night of stay. This down payment is non-refundable.

Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50 per cent deposit calculated on the value of the service ordered. This deposit is non refundable. The balance of the charges is due upon arrival or before the beginning of the service.

For the B & Brooms, the first night must be paid by credit/debit card upon reservation. The management may require additional deposits depending on the duration of the stay.
